Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your order, and we're here to assist you. Please review the following guidelines regarding exchanges and refunds:

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package. Before reaching out, kindly prepare the following information:

  • Order number
  • Pictures of the opened package
  • Pictures of the damaged or wrong items
  • Pictures highlighting any damaged parts

Korean Cosmetics Global will cover all shipping fees associated with exchanges or refunds for damaged or wrong items.

Missing Items: In the unfortunate event that any item is missing from your package, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please have the following information ready:

  • Order number
  • Pictures of the opened package
  • Pictures of any damaged or wrong items
  • Pictures highlighting any damaged parts

Korean Cosmetics Global will bear the costs of reshipping the missing item once your request is accepted.

Returned Items: Packages that are returned to Korean Cosmetics Global due to the absence of the addressee or incorrect/incomplete address will not be eligible for refunds. We kindly ask you to double-check your zip codes and detailed addresses before completing your checkout. Claims for returned parcels due to insufficient address or unclaimed by the addressee can only be processed for deliveries made within 2 months.

Ineligible Products for Exchanges/Refunds: The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Items returned due to a change of mind
  • Items reported after 7 days from the delivered date
  • Items that show signs of usage
  • Items intentionally damaged
  • Items returned without prior notice or in spite of a return request being denied by our customer service

Please be aware that the actual colors of the products may slightly differ from the photos, depending on the device you are using and individual skin tones.
