Payment Amount

Additionally, for customs clearance purposes, we are unable to process purchases exceeding USD 300. If your order total exceeds this amount, we kindly request that you place separate orders for your desired items. Please also note that refunds may differ in amount due to currency exchange rate fluctuations over time.

Customs Duties

For international shipments, import duties and customs fees may apply once the package reaches the destination country. Any related fees or charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please be aware that even for orders eligible for free shipping promotions, customers are responsible for any customs clearance-related charges. Order Placement

  1. Preparing Shipment: Once your payment is successfully processed, your item(s) will be sent to our warehouse for processing and packing. During this time, the order status will be "Preparing Shipment." Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. Please note that changes or cancellations cannot be made to your order during the "Preparing Shipment" status.

  2. In Transit: Once your shipment is dispatched, the order status will change to "In Transit." This means your order is on its way to the selected delivery address.

  3. Delivered: The "Delivered" status indicates that your order has been successfully delivered to the address you provided. Please keep in mind that delivery may be subject to delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance and import-related inspections.
