Welcome to our Shipping Guide, where we provide essential information regarding the shipping process and important considerations for our valued customers. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shipping experience.

Note for All Countries

To facilitate customs clearance, we kindly request that orders exceeding USD 300 be divided into multiple purchases.

Please be aware that in the event of delivery failure due to factors such as an incomplete address, missing postal code, or insufficient recipient information, we will contact you for verification. However, failure to respond within the designated timeframe may result in the parcel being returned or discarded.

It is important to note that if a parcel is discarded or returned due to customer error, a refund cannot be issued. Therefore, we strongly advise you to carefully review your delivery information before completing your purchase and to promptly respond to any communication from the shipping company.

Claims regarding returned parcels due to reasons such as an insufficient address or unclaimed status can only be investigated within a 2-month delivery timeframe.

COVID-19 Impact

We acknowledge that certain countries are experiencing restrictions on airfreight, leading to potential delays in delivery. As the transportation of COVID-19 vaccines, related products, and testing kits takes precedence, please understand that shipments may encounter delays beyond the estimated durations mentioned in the Shipping Options section below.

Please stay updated on tracking information and, should there be any delays in customs clearance, we encourage you to contact your local customs authority promptly and initiate the necessary procedures to claim your parcel.

Shipping Options

The following shipping options are available for various regions along with their estimated delivery times:

  • DHL: U.S.A / MACAU (free shipping from USD 60) - Approx. 7 days.
  • DHL: Australia/New Zealand (free shipping from USD 60) - Approx. 10-12 days.
  • Q-xpress: JAPAN (free shipping from USD 20) - Approx. 4-5 days.
  • Q-xpress: Singapore / Hong Kong (free shipping from USD 60) - Approx. 4-5 days.
  • EMS: Others (free shipping from USD 60) - Approx. 14-60 days.

Please note that shipments to U.S. addresses cannot be delivered to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO, or Military Addresses. The actual shipping fee, which includes packaging and products, may differ from the estimated cost.

Additionally, all information provided during the ordering process must be in English, including name, address, etc.

Please be aware that if you purchase more than 5 KPOP albums via EMS, your shipment will automatically be converted to DHL and shipped accordingly.

Important Notices for Specific Countries

Saudi Arabia: A 15% VAT imposed by the Saudi Arabian government agency will be charged upon delivery. Korean Cosmetics Global cannot be held responsible for any refunds or reshipments resulting from rejected packages due to customs-related issues, such as refusal to pay taxes or non-submission of requested documents.

Russia, Ukraine: Unfortunately, customers are currently unable to place orders due to shipment suspension.

China: If your purchase exceeds CNY 1,000, the parcel will not go through customs. Therefore, please ensure that your purchase amount remains under CNY 1,000.

France: Due to COVID-19-related issues, after the first delivery attempt, if the recipient is unreachable or the address is closed, the parcel will be immediately returned. Please note that this circumstance does not qualify for a refund. Cronopost (France Shipping Company) is in the process of import clearance, and a clearance fee of 21 Euros per declaration will be required.

Germany:

Delivery delays are occurring due to limited staff at local customs clearance and increased workload. Please anticipate a potential delay of more than 2 weeks for delivery (as of November/December 2022).

Europe: As of July 1st, 2021, Europe has enforced a new value-added tax law. We strongly recommend checking the tax rates of your destination country before placing an order. Please note that local carrier handling fees may also apply.

Shipping Fees

Orders with an actual purchase amount of USD 60 and above are eligible for free shipping.

Shipping Process

  1. Add item(s) to your shopping bag.

  2. Select the desired item(s) and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, the order status will be updated to "Purchase Completed."

  3. Preparing Shipment Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Please note that our distribution centers do not operate on weekends or Korean holidays.

  4. In Transit You can track your shipment by retrieving the tracking number from the My Shopping page.

  5. Delivered Door-to-door courier services are available for EMS or DHL shipments. DHL shipments do not require a signature confirmation. If the recipient is not available, the package will be left in the recipient's mailbox. Please note that the postal service bears no responsibility for missing packages after delivery.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing relevant details, including the tracking number and links to the selected courier's website. To track your order on Korean Cosmetics Global, simply sign in to your account and navigate to the My Account section.

Duties and Taxes for International Purchases

Please note that the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs duties upon the package's arrival in the recipient's country. Additional charges for import clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Korean Cosmetics Global has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. As customs policies vary, we advise contacting your local customs office for detailed information.

Restock Notification via Email/App Push

If a desired product is out of stock, we offer an Email Restock Notification service. Simply visit the product page and apply for the notification. We will promptly notify you once the item becomes available again.

Out-of-Stock Items

In the event that an item in your order becomes out of stock after payment, you will receive a notification via email. If you wish to receive a notification when the item is restocked, please visit the product page and sign up for Email or App push Restock Notification.
