Featured ingredients: The matte liner product holds the pigment and moisturizing ingredients of the tint tightly and leaves the inside moist and the outside soft without highlighting dead skin cells or fine wrinkles.
How to use: 1. Put an appropriate amount on the tip and apply it smoothly on the lips.
2. If you want the color to develop, apply a small amount only to the inside of the lips to create a gradient effect.
